Landscape Elements in Watercolor

Designed for someone with just a tiny bit of experience painting in watercolor (such as taking the Basics class above), this class will continue exploration of watercolor techniques to create trees,skies, clouds, foliage, rocks and other landscape elements.  Depending on weather, we may paint outside!  If you took this class last fall, you can take it again for more experience.  New projects will be presented.

Studio Artisane: Leaning Vanity

Sandrine Moser is originally from a little town in Southern France. Sandrine’s woodworking career began in 2012 by building furniture for her daughter’s dolls. From there, she pursued her love for the craft with bigger pieces by building all the furniture in her house, including bookshelves, tables, and beds. Sandrine wants to empower her students by teaching them to confidently build their own projects. She wants her students to be proud to say “I built it!” This class is designed for beginner power tool users. Please keep long hair tied back, wearclosed-toe shoes, and do not wear jewelry.  Material fee of an additional $35 is to be paid directly to instructor the night of the class

D. Identifying common hand tools by proper name

E. Identifying and demonstrating properusage of power tools

H. Sharing ideas on finishing (finishing is done at home)
