A Day in the City: Boston's North End

Discover the beauty of Boston’s North End this holiday season! Let’s enjoy a guided tour of the Isabella Stewart Gardner Museum, which was designed in the style of a 15-century Venetian palace and houses an extensive international art collection. After we tour the museum, we’ll explore the North End! Make the most of your afternoon in the city: follow the Freedom Trail and learn about historic sights, do some holiday shopping at Faneuil Hall Marketplace, or discover the flavors of Little Italy! Don’t miss this opportunity to enjoy a day in the city (without the hassle of driving and parking)! Museum admission included. Lunch and other admissions are not included. Please wear layers and comfortable shoes for walking.

Come drop in for some Pickleball action, get some great exercise and have some fun!  All levels and abilities are welcome,.  Some paddles will be provided, but if you have your own, you should bring it with you.  

 

You MUST register at no coat in order to attend sessions.  

There is a $3 Drop in fee for EACH session you attend.  Pay at the session location.

Adult Pickup Field Hockey

ASL - Level I

Enhance your communication with Deaf and hard of hearing family, friends, coworkers, and customers. Late-Deafened Adults are welcome. No previous sign language experience is necessary.  

ASL - Refresh

This is your chance to brush up on your ASL skills! This refresher course is designed for students who have taken an ASL class in the past, but have not had time or opportunity to practice. If you haven’t taken ASL in the past, and want to evaluate the depth of your interest, ASL Refresh! is a short sampler of this amazing language! If you then decide to sign up for ASL I, ASL Refresh! will provide a bridge to a comfortable start. Join Martin Samelson, energetic ASL college professor and job coach for the Deaf, as you consider your options. No textbook is required. Handouts are provided. 

Basketball Coed Adult Open Gym
