Tai Chi: Session I

If you feel the need to slow things down in your life, enjoy gentle nature sounds or silence, if slow learning of timeless movements appeals to you, Tai Chi Chuan might be right for you. While we often hear about the physical benefits of Tai Chi, it is difficult to convey the meditative qualities. As my teacher always said, “If you want to learn Tai Chi, you just have to show up.” You can be younger or older, Tai Chi is for those who are willing to learn. We only learn what is comfortable in the time we have. Please wear loose clothing and flat shoes for the best mobility.
