Have you always wanted to try yoga? If you would you like to improve your strength, flexibility, balance, and reduce stress, then this class is for you! Each class begins with relaxation or meditation, followed by breath work (Pranayama) and warming up the body for Asana (yoga postures). Focus on alignment and body awareness while gaining strength and balance. Class will conclude with relaxation and a short meditation. Modifications will be given to ensure a safe and rewarding practice for all! All levels are welcome.
