Couch to 5K

Always wanted to run a road race? Designed for the beginner runner, this 8 week program will get you up and moving, just in time for the spring race season. Each session will include some strength training as well as build up your running time. All you need is running shoes and the desire to run a 5K. Classes will be 30-45 minutes long. Participants should bring a water bottle to class.
