Tae Kwon Do is a great way to beacom physically and mentally fit while having fun!  Learn valuable life long skills:  respect, self confidence and courage, all while practiving self defense techniques.  We stress going at your own pace and strive to help you on your journey. 

Free Uniform for your FIRST session! (beginners are asked to arrive at 5:30 and stay for the second class as well)

Introductory Class  5:30 pm to 6:00 pm

All Ranks Class  6:00 pm to 7:00 pm

NO CLASS 11/20, 12/25, 1/1 or 2/19

Discover the health benefits of T’ai Chi Ch’uan! Based on the Taoist philosophy, T’ai Chi Ch’uan movements are based on the balance of opposites of Yin and Yang. Although originally developed as a martial art, it hasbecome popular as a form of moving meditation with numerous health benefits! T’ai Chi Ch’uan can lower stress and blood pressure, decrease the likelihood of falling, improve coordination, and so much more! Learn two new movements each week and familiarize yourself with the Yang style slow set. Please wear loose clothing and flat shoes for the best mobility. (No class 1/21/19 and 2/18/19)

Based on the Birren Center for Autobiographical Studies process. Fun, supportive, and powerful!
