Explore the mythology of dragons from Asia and Europe as we create our own edible versions of these fantastic creatures! Kat will guide you through the creation of your own watercolor dragon masterpiece, and Chris will help you prepare the dough for your 3-D dragon sculptures! Learn the Eastern and Western methods of cooking your dragon sculptures, and take one home to enjoy later! This is a hands-on experience you won't want to miss! All materials included. This workshop is family-friendly; please be sure to reigster for the Parent-Child option if you choose.
Early AM Interval Training

Are you stuck in a workout rut? Studies show that getting in a workout first thing in the morning is the path to being more productive, creative, and healthy. Join this interval training class to start your day right. each class is designed to improve your flexibility, strength, cardiovascular fitness and balance. Exercises will vary from class to class so you won't get bored with your workout. PArticipants will elarn a varieyty of exercises that can be done with little or no equipment necessary. All fitness levels welcome. This class will be held outside, weather permitting. Participants should bring a water bottle and a mat or beach towell to class.
